In a few clicks, you can add new users to the space and then assign a conversation to them. Every conversation you assign to them is counted against your name so you can see in a glance how you’re distributing the weight amongst your team.

How do you add team members to Coax?

It’s simple.

  1. Head to your Coax dashboard and click the settings gear icon
  2. Click on Business, then scroll down to Users
  3. Add a new user to your Coax account

And it’s done. They’ll get an invite to join your Coax and they’re ready to be assign conversations!
